About Us
In 2002 the Peace Officer Memorial Group of Stanislaus County (POMG) was formed. The primary goals of this non-profit organization are to educate the public about officers who die in the line of duty, to support and assist the families of fallen officers, and to raise public awareness of the Stanislaus County, State and National memorials for fallen officers.
The Peace Officer Memorial Run was started in 2012 and is held on the first Sunday of October each year.
